Elias Jose Nunez wasn’t just born—he was fiercely prayed into existence.

An only child, Elias arrived after more than seven years of unwavering love and effort from his parents. He grew up in Valencia, Venezuela, full of joy, curiosity, and passion—raised with the values of loyalty, faith, and resilience passed down through his Zuliano family roots.

He played baseball first—Venezuela’s national sport—but even then, he wasn’t just playing. He was tracking stats, analyzing strategies, and sketching out what would eventually become his own Moneyball-style playbook. He was a student of the game long before he ever became a coach.

Then came fĂştbol de salĂłn (5v5 futsal). On the school fields of Colegio Juan XXIII, Elias discovered a new obsession. He spent his afternoons dreaming from the kiosk while watching Champions League matches, igniting a deep love for the beautiful game.

🌎 A New Country. A Bigger Decision.

At just 12 years old, Elias moved with his family to Weston, Florida, in search of opportunity.

He played for the elite youth club Weston FC, absorbing everything from pro-coaches. But when the college doors didn’t open and the professional route faded, he made one of the most courageous moves of his life:

At 17, Elias hung up his boots—not because he lost—but because he saw a greater calling.

He turned his passion inward and committed to learning everything about performance, human development, and leadership. What came next would become a career—and a calling—designed to rebuild humans from the inside out.

🧠 The Man Behind the Method

With degrees in Sports Science, Sports Management, and coaching licenses from UEFA, USSF, NASM, NSCA, and Real Madrid Graduate School, Coach Elias has built one of the most well-rounded, forward-thinking methodologies in the world. But this isn’t just about credentials. This is about transformation.

He’s coached at every level—grassroots, elite academies, pro teams, and national federations. He’s served as a mentor, strength coach, video analyst, media voice, and organizational leader.

From ESPN Deportes Radio to the Real Madrid VIP suite, from coaching youth at SoccerShots to analyzing the women’s national team for the FVF—Coach Elias has lived in the game from every angle.
